2.1 Einstellen des Kindersitzes
2.1 Adjusting the child seat
Stellen sie sicher, dass das 5-Punkt-Haltegeschirr
in der selben Höhe verläuft, wie die Schultern Ihres
Kindes (Abb. 2). Führen Sie hierzu die Schultergurte
wie unten beschrieben durch die passenden Schlitze in
der Rückenlehne.
Falls nötig, lockern Sie zuerst die Lasche (I), indem Sie den Druckknopf (H) betätigen und gleichzeitig an
beiden Schultergurten (D) ziehen (siehe Kapitel 2.3.1).
Lösen Sie die Schultergurte (D) aus der Geschirrschnalle (N) (Abb. 3). Ziehen Sie beide Schultergurte (D) von
vorne aus der Gurtführung (P) und den Schulterpolstern (C) (Abb. 4.1). Ziehen Sie die Schulterpolster (C) von
hinten aus der Rückenlehne (B) (Abb. 4.2). Wählen Sie eine der drei Höheneinstellungen der Gurtführung (P),
die für die Schulterhöhe Ihres Kindes geeigneten ist und fädeln Sie die Schulterpolster von hinten wieder in
der gewünschten Höhe ein (Abb. 4.3). Fädeln Sie die Schlaufen der Schultergurte wieder in die Schulterpolster
ein und führen Sie die Schultergurte durch die gewählten Schlitze auf die Rückseite der Rückenlehne (Abb.
4.4). Achten Sie darauf, dass die Gurte nicht verdreht oder verschlungen sind. Verbinden Sie die beiden
Schultergurte (D) wieder mit der Geschirrschnalle (N) auf der Rückseite der Rückenlehne (B) (Abb. 5).
Legen Sie den Daumen auf das Kopfstützenverstellschloss (M) und ziehen Sie
den
Kopfstützen-Einstellmechanismus (L) mit dem Zeigefinger heraus, um
die Kopfstütze in der Höhe zu verstellen. Wenn Sie die gewünschte Höhe der
Kopfstütze erreicht haben, lassen sie den Kopfstützen-Einstellmechanismus(L)
los und bewegen die Kopfstütze vorsichtig rauf und runter, bis dieser wieder in
eine der Rillen in der Rückenlehne einrastet (Abb. 6).
Make sure that the 5-point harness is on the same
height as your child’s shoulders (Fig. 2). Otherwise,
move the shoulder straps up or down to the correct
slot in the backrest as described below.
Put your thumb on the top surface of the headrest adjusting lock (M). Then
pull the headrest adjust lock (L) with your forefinger and push the headrest up
or down. When you have reached the suitable position, loosen the forefinger
and make small movement of the headrest till the headrest adjust lock (L) will
completely fasten into a groove of the seat`s back (Fig. 6).
If necessary, first loosen the harness adjust strap (I) by pressing the harness adjust button (H) while pulling
on both shoulder straps (D) (see chapter 2.3.1).
Loosen the shoulder straps (D) from the harness buckle (N) (Fig. 3). Pull both shoulder straps (D) from the
front through the slots (P) and through the shoulder pads (C) (Fig. 4.1). Pull the shoulder pads (C) out of the
backrest (B) (Fig. 4.2). Select one of the three height settings of the belt slots (P), that is appropriate for your
child’s shoulder height and re-insert the shoulder pads from the back at the desired height (Fig. 4.3). Thread
the shoulder straps back into the shoulder pads and guide the shoulder straps through the desired slots to
the back of the backrest (Fig. 4.4). Make sure that the straps are not twisted or entangled. Connect the two
shoulder straps (D) with the harness buckle (N) on the back of the backrest (B) (Fig. 5).

Important:
If you want to secure your child only with
ISOFIX, use the Top Tether to prevent an unintended
rotation of the seat aoround the retainers and to reduce
the tilting of the seat. Please follow the ISOFIX installation
instructions in the user-manual of the car manufacturer.
