2.3 OBDII Specifications
The OttoView™-CD device connects to 1996 and newer vehicles, as defined by the Society
of Automotive Engineering (SAE), and that is accessed via the SAE J1962 diagnostic
console connection. The OBDII specifications are listed in the following table.
