Enter the name of the reference material used, the
Expected
Onset value, the
Measured
Onset value just measured for each reference material, and click the check
box in the Use column.

Select the Heat Flow tab.

Enter the name of the reference material used (we recommend indium for this
calibration), the
Expected
H value, the
Measured
H result just measured, and the
Weight
of the reference material used.

Click the
Save and Apply
button. In the Save As dialog box, select the default.d6c
calibration file and click
OK
. Answer
Yes
to overwrite the existing file to save the new
calibration values.

Click
Close
to exit Calibration and send the new calibration values to the DSC 4000.
The DSC 4000 calibration is complete.
This completes the installation of the DSC 4000.
