As the new owner of a Pequignet timepiece, please accept our thanks for your trust.
Your Pequignet watch or jewel is guaranteed for
2 years
from the date of purchase against any manufacturing flaw,
under normal conditions of use. This guarantee will be valid only if the guarantee card has been completed correctly
and in full by a Pequignet dealer. If this watch requires care, make sure to entrust it only to a brand dealer. Only they
will be able to guarantee that this watch is serviced in accordance with Pequignet's requirements.
The guarantee excludes:
- Battery replacements and water resistance
- Damage to the case, movement and bracelet due to mishandling, negligence, an accident or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by an operation not performed by a Pequignet approved watchmaker-jeweller
- Leather straps
Remember that the accuracy and correct running of your watch are dependent on not only keeping to the rules of normal
use but, in particular, on taking good care of it. This guarantee will be valid only if the guarantee card or sheet has
been completed correctly and in full by a Pequignet dealer.
Should you claim on your guarantee, you will be asked to provide the following original documents: Purchase invoice
and the guarantee card or sheet.
