2. Defective lid lock sensor.
1. Close the lid.
2. Change Lid lock
module.
3. Return the unit for

1. Tubes are not inserted
symmetrically in rotor holes.
2. Sample liquid in tubes not properly
balanced.
3. Defective or improperly adjusted
balance sensor.
4. Rotor is stuck when a run starts.
1. Load tube
symmetrically.
2. Make sure that the
same volume of liquid
is in each tube.
3. Adjust balance sensor.
4. Change Rotor or Motor.
5. Return the unit for
service.
