To assign an IP address to a network connection under Windows 7:
1. First, select "
Control Panel
" from the
Start
menu:
2. Select the
Network and Sharing Center
option:
3. In the Network and Sharing Center window, select
Change adapter settings
4. Then open the required connection by double-clicking on it.
The Properties dialog box for the relevant connection will open.
