5. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
1. The warranty period starts from the day the buyer has received the purchased product together with the purchase receipt and warranty
ticket.
2. The manufacturer shall ensure the good quality and proper functioning of the product.
3. The warranty covers, in particular, any published manufacturing and material defects, which the guarantor undertakes to rectify free of
charge. If the problem/fault can not be fixed, the manufacturer - if possible - will replace the faulty element with the same part as the one
complained of.
4. The warranty does not cover damage that is not the result of manufacturing or material defects, in particular: parts that are subject to
natural wear and tear during operation, the effect of accidental events, use contrary to the user manual, resulting from improper storage and
negligence.
5. The warranty does not cover improper installation or defects of other components not manufactured by the seller due to improper use.
Consequences of accidents, design changes, and damages resulting from alterations. Damage caused by the customer's negligence, in
particular non-compliance with the operating instructions and the manufacturer's recommendations, damage during transport, consequences
of natural wear and tear, contractual penalties or damage to repair and replacement costs.
6. The customer has 14 days from the day of receiving the product to notify the distributor of his right of withdrawal. The manufacturer shall
not be liable for damages resulting from the use of the defective product by the buyer. The manufacturer shall not be liable for damages
resulting from improper use by the buyer.
7. The buyer must ensure that the products are returned within 14 days of withdrawal. The cost of the returns are at the customer's own
expense. The distributor is only obliged to refund the full price of the purchase, if the product is returned undamaged with complete contents
and packaging. The buyer shall be liable only for depreciation resulting from use beyond the use necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics and functioning of the product. In case of justified complaints, the cost of delivery to the buyer is covered by the guarantor. The
condition for adjudicating the claim is that the buyer submits an original and legible proof of purchase and warranty card. The manufacturer
shall examine the product in person or through a representative and decide on the complaint. If the complaint is substantiated, the
manufacturer shall, rectify the defect or deliver a flawless product which:
• the choice of warranty service (troubleshooting or replacement) is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
• the guarantor reserves the right to replace the materials used in the manufacture of the product during the
repair with other materials of similar quality and value in use.
• in the event of a change in design, repairs in accordance with the new technology are permitted.
8. If the complaint is found to be unfounded, the guarantor shall state its position in writing.
9. The warranty expires if: structural modifications are made, parts are painted, the warranty card or receipt is lost, ownership of the product is
transferred to another person.
