If you don't use the Onboard IDE connector, than use On-card
(PCI or ISA card) IDE connector. You will set Onboard Primary
IDE: Disabled and Onboard Secondary IDE: Disabled from
CHIPSET FEATURES SETUP UTILITY.
The Onboard PCI IDE cable should be
equal to or less than
18 inches (45 cm.).

The default value is 60ns.

:
To define the recovery time from 1 to 4 for 16-bit I/O.
