You can protect images from being accidentally deleted.

Enter the Playback mode and choose the image to
protect with the four-way controller (

).

Press the

button.
The Protect screen will be displayed.

Press the four-way controller (

to select [Protect].

Press the OK button.
The image will be protected.
You can protect all the images.

Protecting Images from Deletion (Protect)
• Select [Unprotect] in step

to cancel the protect setting.
• If the image is protected, the
Z
icon is displayed when the image is
played back.
Protect All Images
Select [Unprotect] in step

to cancel the protect setting on all the
images.
Even protected images will be deleted by formatting the SD Memory
Card or Built-in memory.
