LIMITED WARRANTY
PENDULUMIC
TM
grants a warranty for a period of 1 year (2 years for EU), against
defects in workmanship or material from the date of original purchase of new
and unused equipment. PENDULUMIC
TM
agrees to repair or, at our option, use
new or refurbished parts to replace any defective unit without charge for either
parts or labour within a reasonable period of time.
Batteries and wear of parts due to normal use are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is extended only to the original end-use consumer who
purchased it from authorized dealers. This warranty does not extend to the sale
or purchase of goods on Internet auction sites.
The purchase receipt will serve as proof of sale and warranty validity.
Consumers must notify PENDULUMIC
TM
through www.pendulumic.com/RMA to
fill in a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form, prior to returning the defective
unit together. A notification specifying a return address will be sent within 5
working days. Please send the unit together with the proof of purchase to the
specified return address.
Shipment of defective items for repair will be at the customer’s own risk and
expense. PENDULUMIC

will assume the return shipping cost for all items
repaired under warranty.
This warranty does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from
accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification/repair, lack of reasonable
care, the affixing of attachments not provided with the product, loss of parts, or
connecting the product to any receptacle other than specified. No responsibility
is assumed for any special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the
consumer. However, the limitation of any right or remedy shall not be effective
where law prohibits such.

special or other consequential damages arising out of any use of this
equipment or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility or

DISCLAIMER
The use of this unit may be subjected to the laws of legality of a country. In no
event will the company or the manufacturer be held responsible for the explicit
use of this unit. This unit complies with Part 15 of FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) this unit may not cause interference,
and (2) this unit must accept any interference, including interference that may
cause undesired operation of the device.
CAUTION
1 Do not expose product to excessive sunlight, liquid and moisture. This may
cause damage to the equipment.
2 Do not use the unit while charging the batteries.
3 Use supplied charging cable only.
4 When unit is not in use or in storage indefinitely, do not leave the external
(non rechargeable) batteries in the unit. Remove the batteries. Batteries left
in the unit for prolonged period of time may leak chemicals and corrode the
contact and render the unit in-operable. Ensure that the unit is switched OFF
when not in use.
5 Do not leave the unit inside a parked vehicle as adverse temperature may
damage unit.
6 Do not clean the unit with any solvent or liquid as this may damage the unit.
7 Do not subject the unit to extreme environmental condition.
8 Do not use the unit when operating heavy machinery, driving a car or
performing any other activities where hearing outside sound is important,
which may deem to endanger yourself or others.
9 Do not play music with high volume settings over a prolonged period of time,
as it may cause adverse hearing losses.
10 Do not attempt to disassemble with the unit.
