REPAIR KIT
WARNING: Wear latex gloves. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. Avoid
breathing cement vapours.
1. Prepare the following items:

Latex gloves - Not included
•
Rubbing Alcohol - Not included
•
Clean cloth - Not included
•
Cement applicator - Not included
•
Repair kit content: 2x patch, 1x valve handle
2. Deflate paddle board.
3. If the valve needs to be retighten or replaced, use the valve handle
provided with the repair kit.
4. Clean the surface around the leak as well as the matte side of the
PVC/Polyester patch with rubbing alcohol.
5. Apply cement carefully and evenly to the paddle board surface and
the matte side of the patch surface.
6. Allow cement on both the board and the patch to dry. Once dry,
reapply a very thin layer of cement around the perimeter
of the patch.
7. Once the cement on both the board and the patch becomes
tack-free, apply the patch to board and firmly work out any
trapped air bubbles.
8. Allow 8 hours before inflating paddle board.
