Use
Pans
• Always ensure that the flames remain under the pan.
A lot of energy is lost if flames burn around the pan. The handles
may also become too hot.
• Do not use pans with a too small base diameter. Too Small pans are
not stable on the cooking grid.
The recommended pan base diameters are:
• rapid burner
at least 20 cm
• standard burner
at least 14 cm
• simmer burner
at least 10 cm (with reduction grid)
• wok burner
at least 20 cm
Pan support
• Place the pan supports vertically, without sliding over the drip tray.
• Position the pan supports on the drip tray in the correct way.
Important
• Use of the appliance produces heat and moisture in the room
where it is installed. Make sure the kitchen is sufficiently ventilated;
keep natural ventilation holes open or install mechanical ventilation
devices (such as a hood).
• Prolonged use of the appliance may require additional ventilation,
such as opening a window.
• On appliances with thermoelectric protection do not keep the ignite
button pushed for more than 15 seconds. If the burner has not
ignited after 15 seconds, open the door of the room and wait at
least one minute before making a further attempt.
