Air bubbles in the finished cover or mirror sheets

Make sure you use a program that corresponds with the cover
material specifications. Be aware you pick the required program,
some programs cause a change of appearance of certain cover
materials under the influence of heat. See annex II to know which is the
recommended program for the used paper and laminate.

If a finished book has an air bubble, you can try eliminating this by
placing it again on the Hard Cover Maker 650 and press it a second
time with the softpad. When the air bubble does not disappear,
consider another program.

My cover material comes loose

Make sure you choose a corresponding program for your cover
material. Be aware, some programs may cause a change of
appearance of certain cover materials under the influence of heat.
See annex II to know which is the recommended program for the used
paper and laminate.

When the cover material keeps coming loose after selecting all
possible program settings, contact your local Peleman distributor.

The appearance of my cover material changes

Some cover materials may change under the influence of heat. If so,
try to select another program that corresponds with the used cover
material. When using another program is no solution, try placing the
Application Softpad on top or contact your local Peleman distributor.

See

annex II

to know which is the recommended program for the used

paper and laminate.
