Note that the hydraulic connections to the
platforms are marked with different colors.
1. Yellow - Raising pistons (left on the platform)
2. Red - Lowering pistons (right on the platform)
3. Green - Return (middle of the platform)
Mount according to the pictures above. 1 (yellow)
to 1 in the pump housing, 2 (red) to 2 and 3 (green)
to 3.
The connections in the pump housing are named 1,
2 and 3 in this manual from the door of the control
box and backwards.
Install the hydraulic hoses from the pump housing
with t-couplings to the first platform.
From the t-coupling on each hydraulic hose, the
next platform is connected.
Outgoing hydraulic hoses from the pump housing
in the control cabinet.
Electrical cables, compressed air and hydraulic
hoses are now connected.
Note: Tighten all connections securely to avoid
leakage.
Fill the hydraulic tank
in the control cabinet
with hydraulic oil.
VG32 about 14 liters.
