Once all settings are complete, press the “Start” button in the lower left of the control
panel

Press the Minimize button on the top right of the control panel and the application will
go to the Notification Area on the bottom right of the Windows Desktop

Commands can be later modified by clicking on the icon in the Notification Area and
repeating the steps above starting at Step

Plug the USB desktop microphone into an open USB slot on the computer

Allow for Windows to load the drivers (it should take under 30 seconds)
12.
Begin using the peiker USB Desktop Microphone
Troubleshooting
PS20 Switch Position
The PS20-USB desktop microphone comes with an on/off switch towards the top of the main
housing. Make sure it is pulled down towards the front of the microphone to the “on” position.
If it is turned off and back on, the unit may need to be unplugged and plugged back in for
Windows to properly identify the device.

Speaker Volume Knob
The black knob on the upper right side of the PS20-USB unit controls the internal speaker
volume. Clockwise rotation increases the output level and counter-clockwise rotation decreases
the output level
