Assembly:
The tools are to be found at the front between the frames.
This way, they are always within reach.
Step 1:
Before screwing together the side-frames with the front forks, it is
necessary to remove both rubber pads.
Put the screws in the 7
th
and 11
th
holes of the front forks, counting from
the top downwards.
A mushroom head bolt M6 x 40 mm is to be used here.
Place a washer under the screw head and under the nut, one washer
each.
Step 2:
Assemble the pre-installed carriage girder onto the front forks.
At first, tuck the carriage bolt M8 x 12 cm from the top into the carriage
girder and drive it in until the screw head is neatly placed at the board.
Now, plug on the holding block from below (rebates to the top).
Finally, the control lever is screwed onto the 8mm bolt.
Make sure that the molded washer is perfectly butted against the
control lever.
The carriage girder is plugged on the front forks from the front.
In order to do so, open the control lever.
By turning, position the control lever. Here, the carriage girder should
be firmly fixed when the control lever is closed. The control lever
should show to the back after closing.
With this mechanism the carriage girder of the Pedo-Bike® can be
disassembled quickly for transport.
Step 3:
Screw the handle bar to the upmost hole of the front fork. A washer is
to be placed between the wooden stick and the front forks, one each.
Screw the seat board with 2 mushroom head bolts M6 x 40 mm onto
the seat post from above.
Assembly of the saddle cushion:
The saddle cushion is to be slid onto the seat board starting at the
front. The seat board needs to snap into the notch of the saddle
cushion.
A ring spanner can be used to ease the assembly.
This product is free of toxic substances. It has only been treated with
boiled linseed oil.
