2-16 Lower Hose To Blower Cone Installation
Slide a hose clamp P#(J1000) over both ends of the
lower hose. Then proceed to slide the lower hose
P#(F0001) onto the blower cone. Tighten the lower hose.
Take the unattached end of the lower hose and slide it
over the circular end of the boot. Use the hose clamp to
secure the hose to the boot.
Before you tighten
the hose clamp, rotate the lower hose counter clockwise
approximately 1” and then tighten the clamp. This will
help hold the bottom edge of the boot tight to the mower
deck.

Remove the deck step and hardware from the mower.
Fasten the weight brackets P#(B0479) and the weight
mount plates P#(B0419) to the front casters using (4)
3/8”-16 x 3” carriage bolts P#(K1187) and (4) 3/8”-16
nyloc nuts P#(K1216). Tighten the bolts only finger tight
at this point. Insert (1) weight assembly P#(A0852) into
the weight mount brackets. Secure the weight assembly
using (2) clevis pins P#(K1625) and (2) hair pin clips
P#(K0086) Tighten all hardware.
For the
Wrangler series mower, use weight assembly
P#(A1113).
