Using Power IN Jack And Debug Connector TVCC Pin

A center positive power supply is connected to the Power IN Jack of the 
Cyclone for STMicro. Pin 1 of the Cyclone for STMicro 4-pin ERNI header 
provides the appropriate voltage for corresponding STM8 targets. Pin 1 of the 
Cyclone for STMicro 20-pin debug connector and Pin 11 of the Cyclone for 
STMicro 14-pin debug connector connect the external power supply from the 
Power IN jack to the corresponding SPC56 target.
