Measurement
Non-observance of the safety, as well as the following instructions can cause injuries.
First, check the hardness tester, using the standard test block.
Push the load tube towards the support ring to lock the impact body. Do not stop holding the load tube when doing
so and then return it to its original position.
If you return the load tube to its original position too quickly, parts of the meter can be damaged. Do not
release the load tube.
Hold the impact device between your thumb and index finger and touch the sample with it. Make sure that it rests
firmly on the surface and that the impact direction is vertical to the test surface. Otherwise, false measurement
values can occur.
