Taring
The scales have a taring function which allows you to tare multiple times throughout the full
weighing range.
To do so, put a weight on top of the weighing pan, wait for the reading to stabilize and press the
[ZERO]
key. The display now shows “0”. If you remove the load from the weighing pan, the
display shows its weight as a negative value.
The taring function is very useful when you want to weigh objects in a container, for example.
Put the empty container on the scales, tare its weight and fill it with the objects to be weighed.
Change the weighing unit
To change the weighing unit, press the
[UNIT]
key. There are different units available, such as
g, ct, oz, tola, …
The current reading is shown on the display in the selected unit.

Further functions
5.2.1
Piece counting function
Turn on the scales and wait for t
he display to show „0“. Press the
[ZERO]
key to zero the
display if necessary.
Now press the
[PCS]
key. The display shows a piece number of “0” if the scales are not loaded.
By pressing the
[UNIT]
key, you can choose the reference piece number (10, 20, 50 or 100).
Select the desired option (e. g. 10 pcs) and put the corresponding number of pieces on the
weighing pan.
Press the
[PCS]
key again. The piece counting function is now configured. You can now put any
amount of pieces on top of the weighing pan (mind the measuring range) and the scales show
the actual number of objects.
You can re-configure the reference number at any time by pressing the
[UNIT]
key.
5.2.2
By pressing the
[PRINT]
key, the current reading is sent out via the USB interface. Depending
on the setting, the scales either send out the readings when the
[PRINT]
key is pressed,
continuously or once the reading is stable.
