6. Mounting
6.1 Site selection
The charging station is suitable for indoor and outdoor
use.
Environmental conditions:
- No direct sunlight
- Ambient temperature: -25 °C to +40 °C
- Humidity: 5% to 95%
- Altitude: 0 m to 2000 m
Never mount the charging
station in such a way that it is
exposed to direct sunlight.
Do not mount the charging sta-
tion near flammable or explosive
substances.
The charging station must not be
mounted in locations where it is
exposed to direct jets of water
(e.g. high-pressure cleaners or
car washes).
Do not install the charging sta-
tion in areas subject to flooding.
The charging station must not
be mounted in places where it
blocks escape routes or people
passages.
Only mount the charging station
in a vibration-free environment.
6.2 Mounting position
The charging station must be
mounted vertically on a vertical,
level wall or on a suitable ped-
estal.
Do not mount the charging sta-
tion horizontally.
Do not mount the charging sta-
tion on an inclined surface.
Do not mount the charging sta-
tion upside down.
The surface for mounting must
be flat and suitably load-bearing
(e.g. brick wall, concrete wall).
NOTE
The lowest point of the vehicle coupling in the
rest position must be between 0.5 m and 1.5 m
above ground level.
