6.4 Conditions for the electrical
connection
Specifications for the sub-distribution:

Each charging point must have its own supply line
with appropriate fuse protection.
k
The wallbox needs a suitable line circuit breaker
and residual current circuit breaker.
k
Since the wallbox already has a DC fault detection
>6mA, you do not need a RCD type B.
k
If possible, use overvoltage protection in the sub-
distribution.
k
Observe the labeling of the connection terminals
(L3, L2, L1, N, PE).
k
Use the cable cross-sections specified in the table.
NOTE
The charging station does not have its own
mains switch. The circuit breaker of the supply
line serves as the mains disconnection device.
