Checking the Label Chute for Stuck Labels

 Hold the printer in an upright position.  Slide the latch buttons 
(Figure 10) on each side of the printer to the rear with one
quick release action.  The platen carrier will 

partially open.

1. Slide the buttons to the rear again, the platen carrier will

open 

completely.

2. Remove any stuck labels.

3. Press 

both  sides of the platen carrier closed.
