¾ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
½ lemon - juice from
½ teaspoon Paula Deen Silly Salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon buVermilk
8 ounces gorgonzola
4 cups wild greens salad mix
½ red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
Walnuts for garnish

Assemble the food processor and fit with the emulsion disc.

Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, silly salt, garlic powder, vinegar,
and buVermilk to the food processor. Turn the food processor dial to 6 and
process for 1-2 minutes. Remove the emulsion disc and crumble in the
gorgonzola, sKr.

In another bowl, mix together all the salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing
and top with walnuts.
