Model 2285 Getting Started Guide 

2 • Getting started

to the Model 2285 login screen (see 

figure 5

). The user must authenticate themselves by logging into the sys-

tem with a correct user name and password. The factory default settings are:

– Login: root

– Password: superuser

Note

Before accessing the Model 2285 Web management page, the user must 
check the IP address (or resolvable Hostname) of the Model 2285 and sub-
net mask settings.
