TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT
CAUSE
REMEDY
The pump does not run
when the switch is
pressed.
The plug is damaged.
Check the plug and fuses to see if
they are okay.
There is insufficient voltage.
Check the voltage.
The pump is locked.
Manually turn over the motor.
The thermal relay has triggered.
Let the motor cool down.
The pump runs, however
no pressure is generated.
The intake filter is clogged.
Clean the
filter.
Air is being drawn in at the
connectors.
Check the intake connection
fitting and the hose connectors.
The inlet and outlet valves are
clogged or worn.
Clean or replace
The diameter of the nozzle hole is
too large.
Check and replace.
The
operating pressure is
irregular.

The valves are clogged and worn.
Clean and replace.
The seals are worn.

The motor did not stop completely
