1. Secure the crossbar (EE) to the outlet box (not included) with
the outlet box screws (BB).
2. Attach the ground fixture wire to either green ground screw (CC)
on crossbar (EE) or to the ground wire in the outlet box
(usually GREEN or BARE).
If attaching to the ground wire in the outlet box, fasten together
with a wire connector (DD) and tightly wrap with electrical tape
(not included).
Important:
It is important that the outlet box in your
home is properly grounded.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Connect the neutral(WHITE or RIBBED side) fixture wire to
the neutral (usually WHITE) wire from the outlet box.
Fasten wires together with a wire connector (DD) and tightly
wrap wire connector (DD) with electrical tape
Connect the hot (BLACK or SMOOTH side) fixture wire to the hot
(usually BLACK) wire from the outlet box.
Fasten wires together with a wire connector (DD) and tightly
wrap wire connector (DD) with electrical tape.
