Apply second snow chain:
Fit the second snow chain in the same way.
Check the mounted snow chains:
Check the chain tension after approx. 1 km and tighten the snow chains if they are no longer tight.
Check the position of the chains at regular intervals when driving over longer distances.
Disassembly of the snow chains:
Disassembly is done in the reverse order of application.

Special chain repair links are included for repairing a damaged snow chain. Follow these steps to
repair a broken snow chain:

1. Connect chain defective part
Connect the broken part of the broken chain with a
repair switch.
Chain for securing chain (3, yellow).
Chain for middle tread chain (silver) and
tension chain (6, red).
2. Close the chain repair connection
Close the chain repair link with a hammer or, for
example, flat nose pliers.
Warning: If a snow chain has too much damage
(40% wear) or the repair chain links are not
sufficient for a professional repair, the chain in
question may not be used! Danger of accidents!

MAINTENANCE
After each use, clean the snow chains in warm water and hang the cleaned chains to dry before they
are stored in the storage box.
