Assembly
For assembly, you will need to attach the Pivot
Clamp, leveling feet and Adjustable End Stop to the
track. The PAScar comes pre-assembled with the
wheel/axle components, magnetic bumpers, springs
and the spring plunger bar. The wheel/axle assem-
bly is replaceable (ME-6957). To replace the
wheel/axle components, follows the instructions
under “Replacing the Axles and Wheels” on page
5.

Insert the long thumb screw through the hole
in the Pivot Clamp Block and thread 1/2 to 3/4
turn into the hex nut.
NOTE:
Observe the orientation of the Pivot
Clamp Block. Also note that the flat side of
the square nut must face the outside of the
Dynamics Track (Figure 1).
1. Remove the Pivot Clamp Assembly from
underneath the Dynamics Track.

Thread two of the
long screws through
the two holes in the
bottom of each alu-
minum leveling foot.
The heads of these
screws form the feet
which rest on the
table when the track
is in use.

Place the washer on
the short screw, and insert the short screw
through the hole in the side of the aluminum
leveling foot (see Figure 3). Screw the square
nut onto the end of the short screw just far
enough to keep the short screw from falling out.
3. Align the square nut within the groove on the
desired side of the Dynamics Track. Locate
and adjust the Pivot Clamp to the desired pos-
ition, and tighten the thumbscrew to secure.

Attach the Leveling Feet to the Track
The leveling feet serve three purposes: to level the
track, to reduce any twist in the track, and to
reduce any bow in the track. Assembly is as
follows:
