Only use the appliance in a moderate climate, not in tropical environments.

 

All persons involved in operating, installing and servicing the appliance and putting it into service must be 

trained and qualified accordingly and observe these operating instructions.

POWER ON/OFF

Insert the supplied mains lead into the AC input (25) on the rear panel and plug the other end into a suitable 

wall outlet.  Set the POWER switch (24) to ON. The POWER indicator (28) will light up. 

CHARGING THE BUILT-IN BATTERY

The unit contains a 12V𝌃  7.2A lead-acid battery. When the battery runs low, the LOW indicator (29) will light up.

During charge, the CHARGE indicator (9) is lit. When the battery is fully charged, the FULL indicator (10) lights 

up. 

NOTE

: Please shut down the power switch after you have finished using the system.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON LEAD-ACID BATTERIES

1. PRIOR to using the unit for the first time, please charge fully the battery without any interrup

-

tion until the FULL indicator lights up.  

2. 

Charge the battery regularly after each use

. Don't wait until it is discharged! 

3. DON'T allow the battery to discharge completely! Once the battery is fully discharged, the 

current drain for recharging will be so high that it will damage the charger and/or the power 

supply of the unit.  

4. If you don't use the unit for a longer period of time, please CHARGE THE BATTERY COMPLE-

TELY AT 100% and check/charge it once per month otherwise the battery will be out of use.

 

The life time of the battery depends on the observance of these recommendations.

** BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY ** 

We cannot be held responsible for damaged batteries further to the non-observance of these 

basic rules. 

Use of the Remote Control

 

Please operate the remote control within a distance of 6m and 30° between the remote and the appliance. 

Aim the remote at the sensor. Remove all obstacles between the remote and the sensor.

 

The remote control might not work properly if the sensor is exposed to strong sunshine. 

 

If the remote control doesn’t work properly, please check the batteries.

Installing the Batteries 

Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote control 

as shown and insert 2x AAA size batteries ensuring correct 

polarity

This symbol indicates that used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste but depo

sited in separate collection points for recycling.

ATTENTION!

The supplied remote control and wireless microphones contain batteries. In case of ingestion, they might 

cause serious internal burns within only 2 hours that might lead to death.  
Keep new and old batteries out of the reach of children. 
If the battery compartment doesn’t close properly, stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of 

children.
If you are in doubt whether the batteries have been swallowed or introduced into any other part of the body, 

contact immediately a doctor.
