Goal Setting and Start of Exercise

At the top of the URBAN Mode, you can select and proceed with one of the 4 modes
of exercise - walking, running, climbing and cycling. The initial mode is set to walking.
On the band you can only start with the walking mode. For other exercises, you should
select and start one in the App.

When you select the exercise goal tab, items for which you can set your goals for
each exercise are displayed below. When each item is selected, a pop-up appears for
you to set specific values.

When you press 'START,' the exercise starts measuring the initial heart rate. This
allows more accurate heart rate data. Later the 'START' icon changes into a 'STOP'
icon which can stop the exercise.
