1. Remove the canopy from the fuselage.
2. Turn the wing and fuselage over so their bottom sides face up.
3. Place the wing’s aileron servo connectors (
A
) into the hole in the fuselage.
4. Slide the two guide pins (
B
) at the rear of the wing into the two holes in
the fuselage.
5. Align and attach the wing to the fuselage using two screws (
C
).
6. Inside the fuselage, connect both aileron servo connectors to the aileron
Y-harness connectors. The left and right aileron servos can be connected to
either side of the Y-harness.
When needed, disassemble in reverse order.
CAUTION:
DO NOT crush or otherwise damage wiring when attaching
the wing to the fuselage.
Control Surface Centering and
Installing Clevises on Control Horns
Tip:
Turn the clevis on the linkage to change the length of the linkage
between the servo arm and the control horn.
• Pull the tube from the clevis to the linkage.
• Carefully spread the clevis, then insert the clevis pin into the desired
hole in the control horn.
• Move the tube to hold the clevis on the control horn.
After binding a transmitter to the model receiver, set the trims and
sub-trims to 0, then adjust the clevises to center the control surfaces.
