L.C-COM : Common contact point for NC and NO
L.C-NC : Relay normal close.
L.C-NO : Relay normal open.

Providing a present signal output when parking full.
Signal stop when parking space available again.

Providing a present signal output after ticket taken or
season card validated. Normally utilized to inhibit other
