Assembling instructions
Prior to any work on the implement
always disconnect the plug from the
power socket!
Make sure during assembly that the
machine cable is not pinched and
has enough play.

Mounting the handlebar
1. Pull the connecting caps (6a) over the
tube ends on the lower bar (6). Slightly
bend up the lower bar (6) and attach
it with the connecting caps (6a) to the
right and left of the machine housing (8).
Screw on with the wing nuts and wash-
ers (7).
2. Screw both central bars (5) with the
wing nuts, screws and washers (4) to
the lower bar (6).
3. Hook the cable strain relief (14) into the
upper handle bar (3).
4. Screw the upper handlebar (3) with the
wing nuts, screws and washers (4) to
both central bars (5) to fasten.
5. Fasten the machine cable (15) to the bar
using the machine cable terminals (11).

Mounting and emptying
the collection bag
WARNING: Never operate
the implement without the
impact protector.

The collection bag is recommended for
operation with the air roller (

1. Pull the collection bag (12) over the rods.
2. Put the plastic straps of the collection
bag (12) over the collection bag rods
and clip into the plastic straps.
Mounting the collection bag on the
implement:
3. Lift the impact protector (13).
4. Push the pins on the collection
bag
(12)
rods into the socket in the implement
case.
5. Release the impact protector
(13)
so
that it holds the collection bag (12) in
its position.
You can check the fi ll level of the
collection bag (12) via the transpar-
ent fi ll level inspection window in
the impact protection fl ap (13).
Removing and emptying the
collection bag:
6. Lift the impact protector (13) and take
out the collection bag (12).

Please observe local regulations
concerning noise protection.
Setting the working positions
The implement has 5 principal position
settings:
+10 mm: Transport position
This position sets the maximum safety spac-
ing between the tool and the fl oor.
-3 mm: Working position
Set this position when working with a new
implement.
-3 to -12 mm: Readjustment positions
The working position can be lowered with
