Types of saw blades:
The types of saw blades supplied cover the most
common fields of application.
HSS circular saw blade Z85/60:
Description: ø 85 mm, 60 teeth
Suitable for: Softwood and soft metals
HSS circular saw blade Z85/80:
Description: ø 85 mm, 80 teeth
Suitable for: Softwood and soft metals
Diamond-coated cutting saw blade Z85:
Description: ø 85 mm
Suitable for: Ceramics and stone
TCT saw blade Z85/30:
Description: ø 85 mm, 30 teeth suitability:
Wood and plastic
Markings for cutting line
The viewing window for the cutting line helps you
accurately guide machine along the cutting line on
the workpiece.
♦
For a true-to-size cut, place the machine onto
the workpiece so that the cut marking appears
in the viewing window for the cutting line .
Connecting the sawdust extractor
♦
Push the suction hose onto the dust extractor
connection and lock it in place.
♦
Attach an approved dust and sawdust extractor
to the suction hose .
Changing the saw blade
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Always
remove the plug from the mains
power socket before carrying out
any work on the appliance.
1. Actuate the spindle lock and use the hex
key to loosen the tensioning screw (turn
clockwise to open). Now remove the tensioning
screw and the clamping flange (see also
Fig. B).
2. Set the cutting depth to the maximum position.
3. Activate the safety lock-out and keep it in
that position. Swivel the base plate upwards.
4. Remove the saw blade .
5. Fit the saw blade in the reverse order as de-
scribed.
6. Press the spindle lock button (until it engag-
es) and use the hex key to tighten the ten-
sioning screw .

The arrow on the saw blade must correspond to
the arrow showing the direction of rotation
(running direction shown on the appliance).
Switching the laser on and off
Switching on:

Press the Laser ON/OFF switch .
Switching off:
♦
Press the Laser ON/OFF switch again.
NOTE

If the battery is depleted, replace it with a
new 3 V button cell (type CR 2023).
Cleaning and maintenance

Have the carbon brushes replaced by the
manufacturer, its customer service or a similarly
qualified person.

Always clean the appliance after completion
