Sheet 5: Inspection methods / solutions for common problems with the engine.
Cleaning
Keeping your ATV clean will not only improve its appearance but it can also improve its
performance and extend the life of various components.
1. Before Cleaning
a. Seal exhaust ports to block water, by using plastic bag or rubber etc.
b. Ensure proper position of Spark plug and Air Filter covers.
2.
Applying mild soup in case of too much dirty of engine case, It’s prohibited applying soup on
Shafts and Axles.
3. Using a garden hose and rinsing with clean water frequently, keeping a suitable water
pressure.
