WARNING! Always make sure the machine is off before checking the spark plug.
WARNING! Never attempt any maintenance on the machine whilst it is running as there is a risk of burning/electric shock.
Check the spark plug gap (A), it should be
between 0.60 and 0.70 mm.
Reinstall the spark plug by hand first then
tighten with the spark plug wrench. Do not
over tighten.
Attach the spark plug cap to the spark plug.

CHECK SPARK PLUG GAP
Locate the spark plug on the machine and
remove the spark plug lead. The spark plug
lead can easily be removed by hand.

LOCATE SPARK PLUG
Use the spark plug wrench provided in
the PBLB-6500-B tool kit to remove the
spark plug. Carefully turn the spark plug in
an anti-clockwise direction to loosen it.
Remove any carbon build up that has
accumulated around the spark plug.

REMOVE SPARK PLUG
Gap 'A'
Set Between
0.6mm - 0.7mm
The illustration shows exactly what order to
place the parts to successfully attach the
air filter to the leaf blower..

WARNING! Do not run the machine without
the air filter installed, it can damage the
engine beyond economical repair.
