WARNING! Do not attempt the starting procedure whilst the machine is being worn.
WARNING! Always place the machine on a sturdy surface before attempting the starting procedure.
Move the choke lever downwards to the
closed position. For cold starts, make sure
the choke lever is closed.

CLOSE THE CHOKE
Prime the carburettor by pressing the primer
bubble 7 to 10 times..

PRIME THE CARBURETTOR
The On/Off switch is spring loaded. Its default
position is in the On (I) position.

TURN THE ENGINE ON
Pull the starter recoil upwards rapidly until
the machine starts.
Let the engine run and warm for a few
minutes before using it.

PULL STARTER RECOIL
Place the machine on the ground and hold
firmly in place. Then pull the starter recoil
slowly until you feel the resistance.
Pull the starter recoil upwards rapidly 2 to 3
times.

PULL STARTER RECOIL
Move the choke lever upwards to the open
position. For warm starts the choke lever
should be open.
