You can monitor flow rate with the PAFC-100 through the communication protocol. You may also access and
define the parameters using the communication protocol. Refer to the following sections for details.

Setting Method
Communication parameters for the PAFC-100 can be set up only on the converter side, i.e. local setting.
Press and hold zero adjusting button for more than 2 seconds after changing address switch. If input is
completed, three LED lamps will blink for 5 seconds at intervals of 1Hz.
