Description of Setting

Detector size

Connection size

Size of detector connection (type)

K Factor

K Factor

Inherent constant of each detector (Deviation correction
factor).

Flow rate unit

Flow rate unit

Unit of flow rate at full scale.

Full scale

Full scale

Full scale flow rate value

Viscosity Function

Kinematic Viscosity setting

Set the kinematic viscosity of the service liquid. The output is
linearized automatically. The value as specified has been set
at delivery from factory.

Kinematic Viscosity

Kinematic Viscosity setting value

Time constant

Time constant

Response time. For example, “1s” means that measuring

value reaches to 63% of the step input signal after receiving

the signal in “1 second”.

Low cut off

Low cut off

Low cut off can be set between 0.0% to 1.0%F.S. and

between 1 to 25%F.S. Each range has a different graduation

to set. Measuring value less than the set value is deemed as

0 automatically.

Burnout

Burnout

It determines analog output value when output is in fault.

Hi Hysteresis

High hysteresis

The gap between high alarm set point and reverting back to

normal. Setting value is fixed as 0%.

Lo Hysteresis

Low hysteresis

The gap between low alarm set point and reverting back to

normal. Setting value is fixed as 0%.

AL1, AL2

Alarm outputs

Alarm setting points: high or low alarm, Setting points :in %

of F.S., Setting of make or break (NO or NC)

P. Out

Contact output

Frequency output (0 to 1KHz), Setting of fault output and

make or break contact.

Device setting

Communication setting

See Communication section on page 12.

Linearize Function

Manual linearizer

Linearizer can be set manually as an option. If set manually,

the factory settings are considered invalid.

Linearize Point

Linearize points

Current output type

Output type

Set analog output type. 4 to 20 mA has been set at delivery.

0 to 10 V output is optional.
