Maintenance Charts
The maintenance chart below indicates the components that should be checked while
performing routine maintenance on the dryer. The chart also indicates how often a specific
check should be done.
* The condenser should be cleaned only if the unit is running abnormally high discharge
pressure. Contact the factory for verification prior to proceeding with this maintenance item.

Maintenance Procedures
Before performing any maintenance on the machine ensure that air pressure is
vented from the system. Also make sure that personnel performing the mainte
nance have read the maintenance section of the manual.
Some of the maintenance tasks will require the refrigeration system to run, but
when not required, turn the unit off before proceeding.
Upon completion of the maintenance tasks be sure that the machine has been
properly reassembled prior to restarting and reintroducing air.
