4 CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
The PARI O-PEP must be cleaned after each use and disin-
fected at least once a day.
4.1 Preparation
Dismantle the PARI O-PEP into its individual parts:
• Unscrew the upper part from the lower part.
• Take the ball out of the funnel. Place it carefully on one side so
that it cannot roll away.
• Take the funnel out of the lower part.
• Attach the support strap to the lower part.
4.2 Care of the support strap
Clean the support strap as necessary with warm water and dish-
washing liquid. Allow it to dry completely.
This strap cannot be disinfected.
4.3 Cleaning
• Thoroughly clean all components in warm tap water and dish-
washing liquid for about 5 minutes. If necessary, use a clean
brush to remove loose dirt (the brush must be reserved exclu-
sively for this purpose).
• Rinse all parts thoroughly under warm running water.
• You can remove excess water more quickly by shaking all parts.
