switches 3 – 7 in order to select either Unframed operation (for a 2048 Kbps
payload rate) or a starting time slot (when the payload rate is less than
2048 Kbps).
For G.703-to-G.703 Configurations: Set switch 3 ON for Framed, OFF for
Unframed. In this configuration, switches 4 – 7 are unused.
