Register allows the V.42 Automatic Request for Transmission (ARQ) window size to be set to a value from 6 to 15 frames
to accommodate satellite delays.

Register has the following values:

0 = Automatic Adjust (6 –15 frames)
1 = 7 frames
2 = 8 frames
3 = 9 frames
