Pizza Conversion Operator Manual

Using the Pizza Conversion

•

Setup the Pizza Conversion

Remove the Professional Pizza Conversion from the box; contents include:

Stainless steel cover – lift carefully, the unit is heavy

Pizza stone – lift carefully and do not drop

Thermometer

Pizza peel

Leather gloves

Install the thermometer

Remove the wing nut

Insert the thermometer shaft through the hole in the cooking box

Reinstall the wingnut to the thermometer and tighten

Remove the pizza stone from its protective sleeve and set aside
