These instructions can be used for all PAOLI
air pressure regulators, thus the picture and
drawing don’t represent exactly the content of
the box.

Always use clean and compressor-filtered
air.
L
Keep the pressure gauges clean and clearly
visible so that they are always legible.
L
Keep gaskets and gauges in perfect
conditions.
L
Avoid that the regulator could be damaged
(by visual check at regular intervals).
L
Check monthly that the pointers of both
gauges return to 0, with zero pressure or
depressurized system.
L
Verify that the internal quadrants of the
gauges remain in place.
L
In case of violent accidental collisions subject
to general inspection by a specialized
maintenance technician.
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
The pressure regulators must be overhauled
only by skilled personnel authorized by PAOLI
or in our factory.

maintainers you can write to:

Every year:

Make a general check of the regulator

Search for leaks
L
Clean the filter
L
Replace the connector gasket.
PROGRAMMED OVERHAULING REQUIREMENTS
The pressure regulators must be repaired only by
skilled personnel or in our factory. Dino Paoli will
not respond for repair or changing by the user
or by other operators not authorized by PAOLI.
