PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The remote control does
not work….
The hood does not obey the
remote control …..
• Check the remote control battery to ensure it is not run down, replace
if necessary, as indicated on page 17.
• Synchronise the remote control with the hood, follow the synchronisation
instructions in the manual. * Disconnect the power, reconnect and
before 15 seconds have passed, keep the control light key pressed
until the lights turn on.
• Contact the official technical service.
The Touch Control panel
does not respond, or starts
up by itself.
• Clean and dry the outside of the control panel with a dry cloth. Due
to condensation or contact the smooth touch surface on the control
panel may have become dirty and therefore not work properly.
• Contact the official technical service.
NOTE ON RESET:
Our hoods are fitted with circuits with a locking protection system which in some cases will prevent
damage due to small variations in the power supply. Unlocking this system involves a simple reset
process as described in the trouble-shooting table.
