TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM CAUSE
SOLUTION
Check flow bar graph and ensure green
LEDs are lit.
Adjust regulator until green LED is lit
middle scale.
RUN/CAL switch is in the CAL position.
Put RUN/CAL switch in the RUN position.
Unit beeps every 10
seconds.
Restricted internal plumbing.
Contact manufacturer for service.
Alarm horn will not sound.
Faulty or unplugged horn.
Plug horn in.
Replace horn.
Bad air, Air quality indicator is RED.
Check intake for contamination.
Out of calibration.
Re-calibrate (Page 6 of this manual).
Unit alarms continuously.
Faulty sensor.
Replace sensor (Page 9 of this manual).
Instrument will not
calibrate.
Faulty sensor
Replace sensor (Page 9 of this manual).
No power to instrument.
Make sure instrument is plugged in.
Unit has no lights.
Blown fuse.
Replace fuse.
