2. Power display lamp-------------Will light when turn on the power switch.

3. Welding current adjustor-------Regulates the welding current.

4. Arc force current adjustor------Regulates the arc force current.

5. Arc start current adjustor-------Regulates the arc start current.

6. Warning lamp of over-temperature---Will flicker onece every one second and no output with the

abnormal temperature.

* The lamp will go out and the output will come to normal when the power source gets cooling.

7. Warning lamp of voltage----Will ever bright or flicker and no output with the abnormal voltage.

* When the input voltage exceeds the allowable upper limit, the lamp will ever bright , firstly, turn

off the power switch and

reset the input volt. to 10 % of the rated value, then becomes

normal.

* When the input voltage is below the allowable lower limit the lamp will ever bright, the power

source will be normal as the input voltage becomes normal.

*When losing of certain phase,

the lamp will flicker quickly twice every second and there’s no

output.

  Corresponding to this phase lost,

there’s neither display nor output when the other tow phases

are lost sepataeely or together.

8. Control switch -------When using remote controller, please switch it to REMO

TE, otherwise, switch

it to RANEL.

9.  Prevent electric shock switch---Switch it to ON, that will protect the operator against electric shock.

* It’s advised that set this switch to ON when welding in the moist, upper-air or strait condition or
in the metal container.

* The no-load voltage will be about 13V with the switch to ON.

10. Display A/V switch------------The meter will display output current with this switch to A (Display the

presetting current at no-load). The meter will display output voltage with this switch to V (Display the no-

load voltage at no-load).

11. Welding method switch -------When welding by Electrode holder, please switch it to STICK, when

welding by TIG, switch it to SIMPLE TIG.

12. Meter------------------It will display the current or voltage.
