Requesting a Relayed Transmission from a Computer
Requesting a relayed transmission, fill the field in your mailer that corresponds to the destination (To) in
the following manner:

When relayed transmission completes, a communication journal is Emailed to the initial sending station, and a
fax relay log is emailed to the administrator computer that is pre-programmed in “
37 Manager’s Email Addr
” of
the relay station.

Enter the Relay XMT Password. (It must match the Relay XMT Password pre-
programmed in the relay station.)

Enter the telephone number of the fax station.
In addition to the telephone number, address book information may be entered between #
to @.
If a pause is required in dialing an outside line from an extension by using a PBX
(exchange) or similar equipment, enter a hyphen (-) in place of the fax number.
